Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Windows 11 endpoints
- Support iOS and Android devices in a managed environment
- Perform endpoint imaging, provisioning, and lifecycle management
- Administer MDM / UEM platforms
- Support Microsoft 365 and Azure services
- Work with identity, access, and security controls including MFA and Zero Trust
- Support virtualization platforms and Windows Server 2022/2025 and Linux systems
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, VPNs, VLANs, and network segmentation
- Create documentation, training materials, and user guidance
- Use PowerShell and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience and/or recent formal education in IT, systems administration, networking, or a related field

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Heavy Civil Construction team at Pidherney’s. This role is essential in supporting our Civil Projects Managers Team and our Administrative lead with a variety of tasks, these will help maintain efficient office operations, coordinating project documentation and supporting the administrative needs of our team. The Ideal candidate is detailed orientated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Communication and collaboration are essential to be a successful candidate for this position
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Assist our administrative lead and project managers in daily administrative and documentation tasks.
- Coordinate and distribute tender documents, drawings and bid packages.
- Manage tender document procurement and distribution lists.
- Maintain data base for past projects, collect letters of reference, and do yearly updates on projects bid and completed.
- Order plans, drawings, permits and business licences.
- Work with project managers coordinating prequalification’s submissions and project bid documentation.
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with presentation set up
- Coordinate boardroom meetings, presentations and internal meetings.
- Assist in organizing Teams and Zoom Meetings and take notes if necessary.
- Create Power point slide shows, create agendas, take minutes and distribute if necessary.
- Update resumes and track for civil construction team for foreman, superintendents and project managers.
- Support purchasing and ordering of office and project related supplies.
- Assist project Managers in creating job templates, binders or general organization for projects.
- Assist in reception and HSE support if required
Qualifications & Skills
- 3 plus years of administrative experience (construction experience is an asset)
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Join Pidherneys Inc as a Water & Sewer Pipelayer and play a big role in building infrastructure around Alberta! In this hands-on and demanding role, you’ll install water lines, sewer lines and Storm drains using the latest equipment. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a challenging environment and has a sharp eye for QC and safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain underground utilities according to blueprints, specifications, and safety codes.
- Pressure test water lines and force mains.
- Check grades and make sure pipes, manholes, and fitting are installed to the contact specifications and Blueprints using levels or lasers.
- Dig trenches to required depths by hand or using trenching tools. Working hand in hand with the Lead Excavator operators.
- Carry out the site foreman’s directives safely throughout the day. Lead hand requirements.
- Install various sizes and materials of the pipe. PVC/HDPE/Concrete
- Work safely in deep trenches. Having knowledge in working in trench boxes, Manhole cages, and slide rail systems.
- Ability to safely work around excavation equipment including excavators, loaders, packers, and Dozers.
- Ensure compliance with Alberta OH&S guidelines and Pidherney’s Inc safety policies and procedures.
- Able to self motivate and lead others.
- Digging around and crossing of shallow utilities in a safe and productive manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years working as a Pipelayer helper or 2 years as a lead pipelayer.
- Knowledge of pipe lasers and transit use
- Ability to read blueprint and city specifications is an asset.
- Strong communicative skills and able to lead a small group or workers with the direction given by the Site Supervisor.
- Ability to read and understand Locates is required
- Ability to dig trenches manually or with machinery as required.
